Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Hospital or healthcare industry experience is mandatory.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports and management reports.
• Monitor hospital revenue, expenses, billing and outstanding payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts and patient billing records.
• Manage GST, TDS, TCS and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Prepare budgets, monitor cash flow and control expenses.
• Supervise the accounts team and ensure accurate financial documentation.
• Coordinate with hospital administration and management regarding financial matters.

Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in hospital accounts and finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
• Good analytical, reporting and team-management skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
