About this role
Budgeting & Budgetary Control:
- Consolidate annual budgets across functions.
- Analyze budget performance and identify key variances.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for budget preparation and reviews.
- Prepare management presentations highlighting financial insights and findings.
- Monitor budgets regularly to ensure effective cost and financial control.
Annual Accounts & Audit:
- Lead/oversee finalization of annual financial accounts.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory audits.
- Coordinate internal audits and address audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, statutory and regulatory requirements.
Retirement / Employee Benefit Trusts:
- Manage financial and accounting activities of Provident Fund, Superannuation, Gratuity and NPS trusts.
- Oversee investments and fund management activities.
- Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance of the trusts.
- Manage administrative activities related to employee benefit trusts.
- Monitor fund performance and ensure effective utilization and governance of trust assets.
Risk & Insurance Management:
- Ensure adequate insurance coverage for employees and company assets.
- Manage corporate insurance policies, including cyber insurance.
- Review insurance coverage periodically and identify gaps.
- Coordinate policy renewals and maintain appropriate documentation.
- Ensure adequate risk protection for the organization and its assets.
