Accounts Management Manager

Job Summary:

510 Years We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the companys day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L;, Balance Sheet and cash-flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including customer/vendor reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers/vendors for timely settlements.
• Handle bank reconciliation and banking transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting policies.
• Support budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage and guide junior accounting team members.
• Maintain proper records for audit and statutory requirements. Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP accounting software.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of General Accounting, Reconciliation, AP & AR.
• Experience in preparing MIS and financial reports.
• Good Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic formulas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
