Designation: - Accounts Head

Location: - Prithla, Palwal (Haryana)

Role & Responsibilities: -

• Knowledge of debit control and credit control, including customer/vendor debit notes, credit notes, outstanding balances, and account reconciliation.
• Assist in monitoring customer credit limits, payment terms, overdue accounts, and collection follow-ups.
• Identify discrepancies in debit and credit balances and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
• Prepare periodic financial and control reports for management review.
• Lead the accounts team and ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely completion of accounting activities.
• Manage overall accounting operations, including general accounting, financial reporting, and ledger management.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely processing and accurate accounting.
• Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and MIS reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Review bank reconciliations, customer accounts, vendor accounts, and ledger balances.
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.
• Monitor outstanding payments, overdue receivables, and vendor liabilities.
