Multi Marketing, under the brand BIGGIFT, operates in the corporate gifting and promotional merchandise industry, providing customized gifting, merchandise and branding solutions to corporate clients.

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience. Candidates with experience in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, trading, printing, packaging or related industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, debit notes and credit notes.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
• Process vendor bills and coordinate vendor payments.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain GST and TDS-related records and documentation.
• Assist in GST returns, TDS filings and other statutory compliance.
• Maintain petty cash and expense records.
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
• Maintain purchase orders, invoices and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with CA/auditors for accounting and compliance requirements.
• Prepare outstanding reports and basic MIS reports for management.

Preferred Candidate

Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience. Candidates from Corporate Gifting, Promotional Merchandise, Printing, Packaging, Trading, Advertising or similar industries will be preferred.
