About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to own the complete Finance and Accounts function for a luxury real estate developer. The ideal candidate will oversee books of accounts, statutory compliance, project accounting, banking operations, cash flow planning, and MIS reporting for management while leading a small accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full Finance and Accounts function for the organization. Oversee books of accounts, statutory compliance, project accounting, banking, and MIS reporting for management.
• Manage project-wise costing, revenue recognition for plotted and villa developments, land accounting, and JV accounting.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and RERA requirements, including designated account operations and quarterly reporting.
• Handle statutory and internal audits end-to-end.
• Manage banking relationships, project finance documentation, and cash flow planning.
• Lead and manage accounts team.

Requirements:

• CA, or M.Com/MBA (Finance) with strong real estate accounting experience.
• 10+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in real estate or construction.
• Strong expertise in project-wise costing, revenue recognition, land and JV accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Tally, ERP systems, and Advanced Excel.
• Exposure to In4Suite will be an added advantage

Work Details

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Days: Monday to Friday, with Saturday half-day.
