Key Responsibilities

Accounts Head / Accounts Manager

• Manage overall accounting and finance operations.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
• Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow and bank transactions.
• Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements and management reports.
• Handle budgeting, financial planning and cost control.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, customers, vendors and internal departments.
• Monitor branch-wise financial performance and profitability.
• Lead and guide the accounts team.
• Identify financial risks and implement corrective actions.

Any Degree / B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred

Experience

Relevant experience in Accounts, Finance, Automobile Dealership, Commercial Vehicles, Two-Wheeler, Logistics, Transport or related industries.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:

• Automobile dealership accounts
• Branch accounting
• Financial reporting and MIS
• GST & TDS compliance
• Audit coordination
• Receivables & payables
• Multi-location accounting operations

Required Skills

• Strong accounting and financial knowledge
• Good knowledge of Tally / ERP / MS Excel
• GST and TDS knowledge
• Bank and ledger reconciliation
• MIS reporting
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and targets
