Accounts & Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Overall ownership of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Management
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting for management and board
• Prepare and present financial data and documentation for funding, investors, and banks.
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and auditors
• Oversee statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
• Ensure smooth completion of statutory, internal, and special audits
• Drive working capital optimization and cash flow forecasting
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and SOPs
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business operations and growth
• Monitor financial risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
