Accounts & Finance Manager (CA) @ Near by Indore

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, contribution, and management reports.
• Analyze sales, cost, margins, profitability, and budget vs. actual variances.
• Manage inventory accounting, ageing, reconciliation, and validation.
• Monitor standard vs. actual costs, including material, labour, and overheads.
• Ensure timely monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits; prepare schedules and responses.
• Monitor internal controls, compliance, and maintain the Fixed Asset Register.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, SAP, accounting, costing, and financial analysis.
• Good understanding of budgeting, GST, taxation, audits, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Manufacturing/plant finance experience preferred.
