Role & responsibilities

Sales Data Entry & Invoicing

• Input daily sales transactions, manual sales orders, and invoices into the accounting software (SAP).
• Cross-check customer purchase orders (POs), contracts, and delivery notes against generated billing to ensure correct pricing and quantities.
• Issue credit notes, debit notes, and adjustment vouchers for approved sales returns, damages, or billing errors.
• Flag overdue customer accounts and send polite payment reminders or account statements to clients.

3. Basic Reconciliations

• Reconcile daily cash, card, and payment gateway receipts against sales system summaries.
• Support the monthly reconciliation of Accounts Receivable sub-ledgers with the main General Ledger (GL).
• Verify sales tax/GST/VAT charged on customer invoices against regional rate tables.
