Accounts Executive

• Site Accounting: Maintain daily records of site expenses, cash transactions, receipts, payments, and other financial activities.
• Vendor Bill Verification: Verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, work orders, supporting documents, and bills related to transportation, machinery, manpower, fuel, and other project expenses.
• Billing & Documentation: Prepare and maintain customer billing records, supporting documents, work completion details, and project-related financial documentation.
• Petty Cash Management: Handle site petty cash, maintain cash books, track advances, and ensure timely settlement with supporting bills.
• Vendor Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor accounts, monitor outstanding payments, and coordinate with vendors and the central accounts team for discrepancies.
• Expense Monitoring: Track project-wise expenses, verify expenditure against approvals and budgets, and highlight unusual or excess costs.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure proper collection and maintenance of GST invoices, e-invoices where applicable, TDS-related documents, and other statutory records in coordination with the central accounts team.
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily or monthly expense statements, payment trackers, outstanding reports, and project-wise financial summaries.
• Operational Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, transporters, vendors, and the central Finance & Accounts team for timely processing of bills and payments.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain proper documentation of diesel/fuel expenses, vehicle and machinery hire charges, labour expenses, and other operational costs related to pond ash activities.
• Audit Support: Maintain records for internal and statutory audits and ensure all transactions are supported by appropriate approvals and documents.Role & responsibilities
