Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible female Accounts Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, financial documentation, and day-to-day accounts management. The candidate should have a sound understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, vouchers, and accounting documents.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance and filings.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and account summaries.
• Verify invoices, bills, expense claims, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and auditors for accounting-related matters.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of accounting activities.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or equivalent.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
