Accounts executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation compliance, and financial record maintenance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Tally, bookkeeping, and general accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records
• Handle GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance
• Manage TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and expense records
• Work on accounting software such as Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
• Coordinate with CA/auditors for audits and compliance
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS regulations
• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial work
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• Additional accounting or taxation certification will be preferred
