Key Responsibilities
Accounts Executive,Accounts Assistant,Junior Accountant,Accountant,Retail Accountant,Accounts & Finance Executive,GST Executive,Accounts Payable Executive,General Accountant,Finance Executive,Store Accountant,Inventory Accountant,Reconciliation Executive,GST,TDS,Reconciliation,Bank Reconciliation
- Handle daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries.
- Maintain ledgers, invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
- Assist with GST and TDS calculations, documentation, and return preparation.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Verify vendor bills and assist with payment processing.
- Maintain records of outstanding payments and receipts.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and assist with monthly closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Support internal and statutory audits.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and daily accounting operations.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- ERP experience is preferred
- Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
