Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Invoice & Billing Processing: Verify, match, and process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and shipping bills.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements, inventory accounts, and ledger entries to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Payment Support: Assist in preparing vendor payments, tracking outstanding receivables, and following up on delayed shipments or credits.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital and physical financial records for audits, budgeting, and supply chain reporting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to verify receipt of goods and services before payment release.
