Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage financial records, invoicing, reconciliations, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience handling accounting operations and be proficient in Tally Prime and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Financial Records: Maintain ledgers, journals, and record transactions accurately.
• Invoice Management: Create, review, and upload invoices to CRM, ensuring accuracy.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash balance accuracy.
• Accounts Payable Receivable: Manage payments, collections, and reconciliations.
• GST Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns on time.
• TDS Management: Calculate, deduct, and file TDS returns.
• Tally Prime Handling: Use Tally Prime for financial records and reports.
• Payment Expense Tracking: Record and verify payments and expenses in CRM.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with teams for payment approvals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial and tax regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: BCom / MCom; 1+ year of experience, preferably under a Chartered Accountant.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, CRM, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
