About this role
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR 9 / 9C and reconciliation.
- Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return-related documentation.
- Maintain monthly and year-end closing of accounts till finalisation of books of accounts.
- Prepare schedules and supporting documents for statutory/internal audits.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, GST consultants, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, invoices, bank statements, challans, and statutory records.
- Assist in MIS reports and other accounting reports required by management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting procedures and statutory requirements.
Qualification Skills :
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
Working knowledge of ERP and expertise in MS Excel .
Knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance .
- Good numerical and reconciliation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
