Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive (Zoho Experience)

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting functions and should be proficient in Tally and/ or other accounting software such as Zoho Books, Busy, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle or similar ERP/accounting platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Process purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial information.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Generate financial and management reports as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience in Tally and/or any other accounting software such as Zoho Books, Busy, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and banking transactions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling end-to-end accounting processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
