About this role
- Passing of daily entries (Journal/purchase/payment/Bank) in the Books of Accounts/Tally/Foss.
- Issuance of Sales invoice in Tally & Foss and einvoice from the GST portal.
- Issuance of Eway bill from the GST ewaybill portal.
- Cordination with the dispatch for the confirmation of customers delivery.
- Approval of all the accounting vouchers from the next level.
- Support team in the preparation of Custom Clearance documents.
- Deduction and deposition of TDS.
- Prepration of details to file monthly GSTR-1 & 3B and also for the Annual return 9 & 9C.
- Preparation details for the various audits including Tax Audit and balance sheet.
- Submission of such reports as desired by the supervisor and management.
- Support to the department in all respects as and when required.
