Accounts Executive

About the Role:
The role involves managing daily accounting entries, ensuring accurate financial records, and handling payment gateway reconciliations. The position requires maintaining documentation, resolving settlement discrepancies, and preparing MIS reports to support internal teams and auditors. Effective coordination with sales, operations, and finance teams is essential to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry & Record Management
Maintain accurate and timely data entry of daily accounting transactions.
Update sales, purchase, receipts, and payment entries in the accounting system (Tally/ERP).
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.

2. Payment Gateway Reconciliation
Reconcile daily settlement reports from multiple payment gateways (Razorpay, Phonpe, etc.).
Match order-level transactions with settlements and accounting entries.
Identify pending, failed, or excess/short settlements and coordinate with the gateway team for closure.

3. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily MIS reports as required by management.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams for transaction clarification.
Support auditors with required data and schedules.
