Job Summary

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Location: Bangalore

Main Purpose

To create valuefor the Unified support systemand error-free accounting and follow accurate statutory processes and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Bank Reconciliation
• Booking Purchase invoice
• Creating Expense Entries
• Creating Sales invoice and Delivery Note
• Posting Journal Entries
• Input Tax Credit Reconciliation
• TDS Reconciliation
• Sharing Outstanding/Accounts Receivable/ AccountsPayable
• Complying with Generally AcceptedAccounting Principles
• Complying with Statutory Aspects( TDS, GST, PT, PF )
• Tracking the Payments with vendors and Customers
• Maintain separate excel Sheet for every Expense s Incurredfor Cost Record
• Maintain digital and physicalfinancial records Periodically
• Participate in audit Conducts

Qualifications / Skills

• Proven experience as AccountsExecutive/Sr. Accounts Executive in a manufacturing
• Minimum 2 years experience as an AccountsExecutive
• B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) graduate with the ability to understand compliance and statutory requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, and any accounting software like Tally/ERP
