Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, invoicing, payment follow-ups, vendor payments, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting practices, relevant compliance requirements, and hands-on experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client invoicing and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
• Handle vendor invoices and payments and maintain proper records.
• Take care of company accounts Compliance

What Were Looking For

• Hands-on experience in invoicing and payment collections.
• Good understanding of accounting practices and processes.
• Good knowledge of compliance requirements such as GST, PF, and ESI.
• Experience working with accounting software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up effectively with clients and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Zoho Books.
• Prior experience handling accounts for an organization independently.
