Skills Requirements

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance, Accounting) / CA Dropout / Qualified CA / Semi-Qualified CA.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in accounting, taxation, or compliance-related work
• Good working knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation, GST, TDS, and basic ROC compliances
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books / QuickBooks preferred)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and client-focused mindset
• Candidates with only audit-focused experience may not be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain books of accounts, including Profit Loss Account and Balance Sheet
• Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, and TDS Returns
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, reconciliations, and ledger scrutin
• Support tax planning and ensure timely statutory compliances
• Assist in responding to Income Tax and GST notices and departmental submissions
• Manage and track statutory filings related to GST, TDS, ROC, and Income Tax
• Coordinate with clients to collect financial data and ensure timely communication
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of accounting and compliance work
