Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Accountant who will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities along with handling TCS iON-related financial and administrative processes. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliation, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage and coordinate TCS iON-related billing, invoices, payments, and account settlements.
• Monitor transactions and ensure timely recording of TCS iON-related entries in the accounting system.
• Prepare and maintain TCS iON reports, statements, reconciliation sheets, and supporting documents.
• Reconcile TCS iON transactions with bank statements, invoices, receipts, and internal records.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies related to transactions.
• Prepare sales/purchase invoices, debit notes, credit notes, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting compliances.

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior experience handling TCS iON accounts/transactions will be preferred.
• Experience in an education, examination, assessment, testing, or service-based organization will be an added advantage.
• Should be comfortable handling high-volume transactions and documentation.
• Should be capable of independently managing TCS iON-related accounting activities.
