Job Description

• Manage daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journal vouchers.
• Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger entries.
• Support in payroll processing and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, etc.).
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding invoice and payment queries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting or finance
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally
• QuickBooks
• or similar
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
