Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Thorough understanding of Accounting Principles and Standards
• Knowledge of Various Tax Laws and Other Regulations
• Thorough Knowledge of Banking Procedures
• Working knowledge of Finance Software and balance sheet.
• Managing the daily operations of the accounting department
• Verification of all payments of Contractors- R.A. Bills, Purchase and Expense Bills.
• Posting of all the vouchers like purchases, Sales, bank payment, bank receipt, journal
• Checking of Bank reconciliation statement.
• Attending to routine Banking work.
• Issues cheques to contractors and other parties
• Maintaining of bank register of company

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience-2-5 Years
• Educational Qualifications-Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce
