Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in GST, TDS, bookkeeping, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts
• Handle end-to-end GST compliance, including preparation of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C, GST reconciliations, and ITC matching.
• Prepare and file TDS returns (24Q, 26Q), generate challans, and ensure timely statutory payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations, invoice processing, journal entries, and ledger scrutiny.
• Assist in tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare MIS reports as required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in bank reconciliation, bookkeeping, and ledger management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.
