Finance Executive

Reports To: Finance Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

• Process month-end balancing and journal entries.
• Complete the month-end process.
• General ledger analysis of accounts.
• Prepare monthly Standard Reporting Package.
• Extend credit to customer and handle wire transfers.
• Prepare sales tax returns for multiple states.
• Process expense reports for employees.
• Prepare weekly inventory reports for Inventory Management.
• Prepare journal entries on a monthly basis.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
• Process non accounts receivable cash receipts.

Education & Work Experience:

1. A Bachelors degree in Accounting.

2. The successful candidate should have excellent computer (Excel) skills, SAP, exposure to finance ERP packages (Tally) exceptional problem solving abilities and good organizational skills.Role & responsibilities
