Accounts Executive

About the role

Hanu Reddy Realty is one of Chennai's leading real estate companies, known for its professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric approach. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our Accounts team at our Head Office in Mylapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions
• Record vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments in Tally
• Assist with bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and financial records
• Coordinate with banks for deposits, cheque collections, and other banking activities
• Visit banks, statutory departments, and government offices for official work whenever required
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation
• Maintain proper filing and organization of financial and statutory records
• Support the Accounts team with administrative, documentation, and reporting activities
• Perform other accounts-related duties assigned by the management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or any Accounts-related graduate
• Candidates with up to 2-3 years of experience are welcome to apply
• Good knowledge of Tally
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Willingness to travel locally for official work, including visits to banks and statutory departments
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in financial records
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
