Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, GST compliance, and reporting activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and ERP/accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting entries and bookkeeping

Prepare invoices, vouchers, and purchase entries

Handle accounts payable and receivable

Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking

Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports

Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings

Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants

Maintain payroll and employee reimbursement records

Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors

Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles

Experience with Tally ERP, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar software

Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation

MS Excel proficiency

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and analytical skills

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter

Relevant accounting certification is an added advantage

Preferred Requirements

Experience in manufacturing/service/IT industry (customize as needed)

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
