Accounts Executive at Gramen Botanicals Pvt Ltd

We are expanding our finance team in Gurugram and looking for an experienced Accounts Executive who can manage daily accounting operations with accuracy and efficiency, including comfort with modern AI-based accounting tools.
Location: UG-006, MGF Metropolis Mall, Mehrauli-Gurgaon Rd, Gurugram, Haryana 122009
Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Sunday Off
Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Minimum Experience: 2 Years
What You'll Do:
Maintain books of accounts, purchase and sales entries
File GST returns and ensure timely compliance
Handle vendor payments and payment follow-ups
Reconcile bank statements regularly
Support import and export payment documentation
Generate stock statements and MIS reports for management
Assist with audit preparation and documentation
What We're Looking For:
Working knowledge of Tally ERP or equivalent software
Solid understanding of GST and TDS regulations
Advanced MS Excel skills
Comfort using AI tools to speed up reporting and reduce errors
Clear communication and strong attention to detail
B.Com / M.Com degree with relevant experience
