Accounts Executive

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of financial tasks, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

1. Raise sales invoices and ensure timely and accurate invoicing

2. Perform bank reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions

3. Handle the accounting of purchase bills, journals, credit, and debit notes

4. Manage monthly TDS entries and ensure compliance with tax regulations

5. Handle GST returns, including GSTR-1 filing and GSTR-3B

6. Maintain stock accounts and reconcile inventory records

7. Prepare stock statements for internal and regulatory purposes

8. Manage the preparation of salary sheets, along with ESIC filing, PF filing, and payments and returns

9. Knowledge of import export process will be helpful

10. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of incoming stock

Preferred candidate profile

1. Location: Bengaluru, 650m from Vajrahalli Metro Station

2. Gender : Female Married preferred

3. Languages: English, Kannada, Hindi (mandatory and proficient) English

4. Communication skills in the above languages is very important

5. Proven work experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience

6. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

7. Hands-on experience in Tally ERP.9

8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

9. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

10. Proactive and diligent individual with a passion for numbers and finance

11. Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge

12. Innovative thinking to complete the tasks
