Accounts Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain proper records of expenses and transactions.
• Assist in GST-related accounting and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding invoices and payments.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain receivable records.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Perform other finance/accounting tasks as assigned.
  
  

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Good knowledge of debit/credit and general accounting principles.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  
  

Education

B.Com / M.Com / relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Candidate Preference

• Faridabad-based candidates preferred.
• Candidates from nearby locations such as Ballabhgarh, Greater Faridabad, or South Delhi may also be considered.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
