Accounts Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment to vendors and maintaining accurate records.
  
• Prepare and review balance sheets, including bank reconciliations, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  
• Maintain general ledger accounts, perform journal entries as needed, and prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss Statement).
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies on fixed assets management, depreciation, and amortization.
  
• Perform monthly closing activities such as preparing closing journals and posting final balances.
