About this role
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of day-to-day accounting operations and prior experience working in a CA firm. The role involves handling accounting entries, GST/TDS compliance support, bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in the accounting system
• Manage:
o Sales entries
o Purchase entries
o Bank entries
o Journal vouchers (JV)
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Assist in GST workings, reconciliation, and return filing
• Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and compliance
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams when required
• Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance activities
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Candidate Requirements
• 3–4 years of overall accounting experience
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience working in a CA firm
• Good understanding of basic accounting concepts and entries
• Practical knowledge of:
o GST
o TDS
o Bank reconciliation
o Ledger accounting
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally/ERP systems
• Good Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized and process-oriented approach
Qualification
• B.Com / M.Com or relevant commerce background
