Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities -

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, reconciliations, vendor/contractor accounts and financial reporting for ASC Infratech's construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers, Accounts Payable & Receivable.
• Maintain and reconcile vendor, contractor, client and project accounts.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements and conduct regular ledger scrutiny.
• Handle GST compliance, ITC reconciliation, e-invoicing/e-way bills and related documentation.
• Manage TDS computation, deductions, payments, returns and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with project/site teams for verification of bills, expenses, advances and settlements.
• Monitor project-wise expenses, advances and outstanding payments.
• Assist in monthly closing, trial balance, P&L and balance sheet schedules.

Preferred candidate profile

5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with a construction, infrastructure, EPC or contracting company. Candidates with CA Inter/M.Com qualification will be preferred.
