Accounts executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day general accounting, Accounts Payable activities. 
• Process invoices, payments, receipts and maintain accurate vendor/customer ledgers. 
• Perform vendor, customer and bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. 
• Manage GST, ITC, GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation and TDS activities. 
• Support month-end closing, accounting entries and audit requirements. 
• Prepare MIS, ageing reports and accounting schedules as required. 
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting transactions.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or equivalent qualification. 
• 25 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance. 
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and General Accounting. 
• Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, ITC and reconciliations. 
• Experience with SAP / Tally / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems preferred. 
• Good knowledge of MS Excel. 
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to independently resolve accounting discrepancies.
