Accounts Executive - Royal Italian Jewellery

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor and customer payments.
• Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, debit notes and credit notes.
• Perform bank, vendor and customer account reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.
• Assist in GST-related work, TDS, tax documentation and statutory compliance.
• Maintain purchase, sales and expense entries in the accounting system.
• Assist in monthly closing, ledger scrutiny and preparation of reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors and customers for accounting-related queries.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime or ERP systems.
• Good analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
