Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, accounting entries, and basic GST & TDS-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and data entry activities.
• Record Credit Notes (CN), Debit Notes (DN), service bills, and expense entries.
• Handle accounting vouchers, journal entries, and ledger-related activities.
• Understand TDS applicability, calculation, and accounting entries. TDS filing is not required.
• Understand GST applicability and GST-related accounting entries. GST filing is not required.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice and expense-related documentation.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts/Finance.
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and accounting entries.
• Mandatory knowledge of TDS applicability and TDS entries.
• Good understanding of GST applicability and GST entries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment will be an added advantage.
