Accounts Executive - GST

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other GST returns.
• Perform GST reconciliation and Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation with GSTR-2B.
• Assist in GST registrations, amendments and compliance activities.
• Support E-Invoicing and E-Way Bill related activities.
• Assist in responding to GST notices, queries and departmental requirements.
• Support GST audits, assessments and documentation.
• Maintain GST records and ensure timely compliance with applicable GST laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for GST-related data and documentation.
• Prepare basic GST reports and MIS using MS Excel.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in B.Com or M.Com
• 0-2 years of experience in GST / Indirect Tax / Taxation / Accounts.
• Decent knowledge of GST laws, GST returns, ITC and GST reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel is Preferred
• Good analytical, communication and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet compliance deadlines.
