Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience in accounting, finance operations, reconciliations, invoicing, and MIS reporting.

The candidate will work closely with the accounts and management team and get exposure to day-to-day financial operations of a growing fashion and e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance operations
• Record and maintain sales, purchase, expense, and payment entries
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents
• Perform bank and payment gateway reconciliations
• Assist with GST-related documentation and basic compliance activities
• Track customer payments, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations
• Reconcile e-commerce orders, settlements, and marketplace payments
• Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
• Maintain accurate financial records in Excel / Google Sheets
• Assist with vendor reconciliation and follow-ups
• Support the senior accounts team during month-end closing
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents
• Assist with any other finance and accounting tasks as required

Requirements

• B.Com, M.Com, BAF, BMS (Finance), or a related Accounting/Finance qualification
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is preferred
• Basic understanding of GST and invoicing is an advantage
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with large volumes of data accurately
