KGB is looking for an Accounts Executive with strong exposure to export documentation, export accounting and foreign remittances.
Key Responsibilities
- Export invoicing and accounting
- Preparation and verification of export documentation
- Coordination for shipping bills, e-BRC, LUT and related records
- Export receivables tracking and customer reconciliation
- Foreign inward remittance accounting and bank reconciliation
- Coordination with banks for export realization and documentation
- GST compliance related to exports and refund/supporting documentation
- Accounts payable & receivable
- TDS, GST and statutory compliance support
- ERP entries, ledger scrutiny and monthly reconciliation
- Support audits, MIS and month-end closing
Candidate Profile
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Practical knowledge of export accounting, GST, foreign remittances and banking documentation
- Strong Excel and ERP/accounting software skills
- Manufacturing/export industry experience preferred
- Good coordination, documentation and follow-up skills
- Candidates with hands-on experience in managing export transactions from invoice to payment realization will be preferred.
