Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Accounts Executive with 35 years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, AP/AR, payments, reconciliations, GST/TDS, invoicing, MIS, and domestic/export financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and finance operations.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices.
• Process and track vendor and customer payments.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting entries, records, and financial documents.
• Handle GST and TDS related activities.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
• Maintain documentation for domestic and export transactions.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
• Hands-on experience with Tally / Tally Prime.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good understanding of GST and TDS.
• Experience in AP, AR, invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of export accounting/documentation is preferred.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
• Candidates with practical experience in Tally, GST, TDS, AP/AR and reconciliations.
• Candidates with exposure to Import/Export accounting will be preferred.
