Accounts Executive and Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in Tally ERP software.
• Maintain accurate records of company's financial position, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Perform monthly closing procedures to ensure smooth transition into new months.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in accountancy or related field.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software for book keeping and accounting purposes.
• Strong understanding of Indian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) principles.
• Experience with bank reconciliation process and maintenance of petty cash system.
