Accounts Executive and Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, invoices, and payments.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy by performing regular reconciliations and journal entries.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team on ad hoc projects as needed.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in an accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. QuickBooks) is required; knowledge of other software applications a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP compliance.
