Accounts Executive and Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities of Accounts Executive:

1. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure organizational stability.
2. Analyze data to guide investments and risk management strategies.
3. Collaborate with teams to optimize resource allocation and achieve goals

Role & responsibilities of Accounts Manager:

1. Analyze tax implications of business decisions, recommend tax-efficient strategies, stay updated on tax laws and regulations.
2. Oversee preparation and filing of tax returns (income tax, GST, TDS/TCS), ensure timely tax payments, manage tax audits and assessments.
3. Develop and implement transfer pricing policies to ensure compliance with regulations and minimize tax burdens.
4. Identify and assess potential tax risks, develop mitigation strategies, manage tax litigation and disputes.
5. Prepare tax reports for management, analyze tax data to identify trends and opportunities for tax optimization.
6. Update general ledger accounts, prepare trial balances, assist with month-end closing procedures.
