We are looking for an Accounts Executive with 1-2 years of experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding Accounts. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally Prime and basic accounting transactions, along with experience in billing and accounting entries.

Key Skills Requirements
- Tally Prime knowledge is compulsory.
- Practical experience in Tally Prime, including purchase entries, sales/invoice entries and basic accounting transactions.
- 1-2 years of experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding Accounts.
- Good knowledge of billing and accounting documentation.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customer invoices and ensure timely billing.
- Make purchase entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Prepare and maintain CSR entries.
- Maintain office stock/inventory records and update them regularly.
- Handle vendor and customer payment entries.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for billing and accounting requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of day-to-day accounting activities.
