Accounts Executive Accounting

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities for foreign clients.
• Maintain financial records and prepare financial reports.
• Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
• Assist with preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and GST returns.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Work on accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.
• Assist with payroll processing and superannuation-related accounting, where required.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with applicable Australian accounting requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or a relevant accounting qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of accounting and taxation practices.
• Understanding of GST and BAS preparation.
• Hands-on experience with Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks is preferred.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
