Accounts cum Store Executive

Job Summary

The Accounts cum Store Executive will be responsible for maintaining daily accounts, inventory management, vendor coordination, stock control, and statutory documentation in a boutique hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily accounting entries and petty cash management
• Vendor invoice verification and payment documentation
• Inventory receipt, issue, and stock reconciliation
• Monthly stock audit and consumption reports
• GST, TDS, and financial documentation support
• Coordinate with Purchase, Kitchen, and Corporate Finance
• Maintain proper records of GRNs, Purchase Orders, and Store Registers

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in Hospitality Finance & Stores
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
