Accounts Associate

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, and collections.
  
• Prepare and review financial statements, such as balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.
  
• Ensure accurate recording of transactions in Tally ERP system.
  
• Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement in internal controls and processes.
  
• Provide support to external auditors during annual statutory audits.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in accounts management or related field.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com).
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) with good data analytics skills.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work independently.
• Male Candidates- Preferred.
